- Full-time employment is 32 patient contact hours
- Hospital is a teaching site for Tufts medical students
- Sign-on bonus of $20k/year up to 5 years
- Personal health insurance and employer-paid malpractice with tail; 403(b) retirement plan
- Up to $10k in relocation reimbursement plus $4,750 reimbursement for CME dues
- 6 weeks of vacation plus 8 major holidays
