- 11-hour shifts instead of 12-hour shifts
- Hours are 8 pm - 7 am (3 nights per week); malpractice coverage offered
- 8 - 10 admissions on average (nightly)
- 2024 grads are encouraged to apply
- Must be internal medicine residency trained
- Maryland license in hand is a plus
