POSITION TITLE: Team Supervisor, Central Supply
DEPARTMENT: Central Supply - Materials Management (4110)
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to and under the authority of the Operations Manager, Materials Management, the Central Supply Team Supervisor has responsibility for the operations of Distribution including Central Supply, and Receiving.
Conducts analysis of warehouse inventory, operations, cost, and scheduling to ensure that products are properly stored and delivered in an efficient matter. Maintains contact with nursing leaders, sales representatives, and vendors to maintain proper shipment inbounds and outbound.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma required, continuing education in distribution concepts and techniques, Associated Degree or higher is preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Valid New Mexico Driver’s License required.
SKILLS: Demonstrated professional competency skills in management. Must have effective verbal and written skills. Ability to interface with Staff, Directors, Managers, Nursing Staff and Physicians. Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management. Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems.
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse environments/materials management required; two years management preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Works in a clean, well lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment, storeroom and general office environment. Subject to stressful professional relationships. Working hours vary, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. Requires the ability to speak, listen, develop and communicate written materials.
