The Oklahoma Heart Institute is hiring a full-time nightshift advanced practice provider to join our growing CVICU program in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma. This job opportunity is open to Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners who thrive on a night shift 7 days over 14 days, covering our CVICU floor within a welcoming demeanor and fast-paced environment. The leadership for this program is very dedicated and supportive, which adds to the exceptional culture of the organization. A coachable individual ready to practice at the top of their license will thrive in this role. Experienced or graduating Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants already skilled in cardiac setting who excel in a fast-paced, busy hospital environment are encouraged to apply.
About this Nightshift ACNP/PA Job Opening:
- Join a collegial and seasoned team of 3 critical care intensivists, 4 CVT Surgeons & 7 APPs and growing
- Enjoy working in the inpatient-only setting in the CVICU
- Flexible 7 days over 14 days schedule, including weekends
- Daily Patient Load: 8-12 (varies)
- EMR: Epic
Minimum Requirements:
- Board Certified as Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- ACLS Certification required upon start
- Experienced or graduating Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants already skilled in cardiac setting who excel in a fast-paced, busy hospital environment are encouraged to apply.
