Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician
Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The position involves temporary coverage in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.
Schedule: July - September
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completed residency in Family Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
- Ability to obtain temporary or locum tenens licensure if not already licensed in Arizona.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
