Job Summary:
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team, located along the beautiful Treasure Coast of Florida.Qualified Candidates:
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM).
- Must have Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must have completed an EM Residency and board certified within 5 years.

- 61,000 annual patient visits in Main ED and 16,000 in Peds ED
- 42-bed ED including 5 fast track plus 5 monitored beds
- 3 trauma bays, including 1 pediatric
- 2.0 pph
- 70 hours total of physician coverage (main ED and Peds ED incl)
- 60 hours of APP coverage
- 26% Admit rate
- EMR is Meditech, Pdoc and dragon dictation
- Comprehensive Stroke facility with bi-plane
- Interventional cardiac cath facility
- code ice facility with theraputic hypothermia capability
