Qualified Candidates:  

Must be BC/BE in EM (MD or DO) and EM residency trained
Possess strong communication skills
Expertise in the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and decision-making skills

Incentive/Position Details:

66,000 annual volume
40 bed ED
40 hours of daily physician coverage
60 hours of daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage ( 44 hours on weekends)
Level IV Trauma Center
Academic appointment available: Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the University of Texas San Antonio.
1099 position - up to 120 hours available
