What You Will Need:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology Required
- Active/unrestricted medical license in Florida Required
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
