Emergency Medicine Physician in Northeast Oregon - 24 Hr Shifts
- Hospital-employed
- Team of 5+ fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners
- Level IV trauma center
- 71 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
- Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
- Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p)
- Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
- About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
- Zero travel nurses during pandemic!

- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (350k+) which includes:
- Quality incentives up to $50,000
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
- Commencement bonus of $20,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
