- Monday " Friday 8:00-4:30
- day for administrative responsibilities
- Call is 1:5 6-8 days per month

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O.
- BC/BE Urology
- Female Pelvic floor a big plus
- New grads welcome to apply

- Active IL medical license or ability to obtain
