Urology Physician - Outside Washington DC - J1
- Fast-track to partnership
- Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice
- Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians
- NextGen EMR
- Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area
- Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired
- Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential.
- 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD
- Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee
-RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfacton bonus
