5th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.
About the Position:
- Average patient load of 20-25 per day
- EMR: EPIC
- M-F 8a to 5p
- Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
- Lab and X-Ray on site
