Established ENT practice of three in Illinois

A small town, big money opportunity awaits you in eastern Illinois! Incoming provider can work hard play harder at the local state park, lakes, and shopping malls. Locally run program hospital is seeking a BE/BC ENT to join a flourishing and well established team of Physicians. The ENT program has 3 current Physicians and one is retiring. This is a practice with extremely high earning potential with a great work culture and staff. 2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago.

Hospital Employee .  M-F, no weekends.  1:3 Call Ratio.  $600-650K Annual Salary.  Earning Potential of $1,000,000.  WRVU production incentives.  Productivity bonus starts when RVU target to achieve salary is met. Uncapped potential. .  One week of CME + $6000.  Paid malpractice with Tail Coverage.  264 hours (33 days) time off paid.
