PMR / Sports Medicine needed in NW Ohio. Incredible practice opportunity located near Toledo. This Northwestern Ohio practice is seeking a PMR / Sports Medicine provider to join its Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice. Hospital employed position in which the provider will be joining an experienced team . Easy access to Columbus and Toledo metro for events and airports.

Opening January 2025 - NEW musculoskeletal facility with orthopedics, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, podiatry, occupational/physical/speech therapy, outpatient lab and radiology. Facility located adjacent to primary care, endocrinology/diabetes management, rheumatology clinics..   High school and/or collegiate sports coverage experience REQUIRED.   Manage acute and chronic conditions.   Treat wide range of muscular and skeletal injuries.   Perform EMGs, diagnose and manage non-operative fractures, sprains and concussions.   Conduct biomechanical examinations of patients, treatment plans, readiness for competition.   Saturday morning bump clinics for area athletes.   Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend.   Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend).  Community: Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum, Cooper Tire, and Whirlpool.
