Total ED patient visits - 25-26K per year. Staffing model - 36 physician hours and 12 APP hours per day. (12) 12-hour shifts per month. 60 hours PTO. Extra shifts available. Sign-on bonus. Retention bonus. Community offers small town charm with Chicago just two hours away. In the town you will find great boating, hunting, fishing and ample entertainment and shopping options.
