Hospital Employee . $300-325K Annual Salary. Production Incentives available. Loan Forgiveness possible. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available. Retirement plan provided. Employment/solo opportunity available. Sign-on bonus ($25K). Relocation assistance (up to $15K). Potential monthly training stipend (up to 24 months). Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits) . $2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement .
