Nurse Practitioner Job In Vermont
NP needed in Vermont for Adult Medicine Telehealth coverage CPH# JOB-2956714
- Monday - Sunday between the hours of 10am - 7pm EST
- Providers must be willing to provide a minimum of 6-8 hrs/day and 3 days/week
- 8-10 patients daily
- Adult only Comprehensive Health Assessments
- Providers must have a minimum of 2.5 years of working experience
- Providers MUST be actively enrolled in VT Medicare
