-Located in Dixon, IL.
-Full Time & Part Time.
Excellent opportunity for a experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine team! This position allows for great work life balance with a schedule of 7 days (12 hour shifts) on, 7 days off. You will be working alongside a physician to care for our inpatient population.
**You can expect:**

-Prior provider experience in a Hospitalist program.
-IL licensure and Certification.
Hospital is an independent, 80 bed community hospital. We currently employ 75 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in a multi-specialty, hospital integrated group practice.

The hospital lies on the banks of the Rock River in historic Dixon, IL. Dixon has much to offer a provider and their family!
