**APP Physical Med & Rehab opening in Presque Isle, ME**

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice in Presque Isle, Maine.
* This is an outpatient, hospital-based position supporting our Interventional Pain physician in the clinic.
* No nights, no weekends, no call emphasized work/life balance
* Triaging patients through comprehensive assessments
* Ordering/reviewing diagnostic tests
* Developing treatment plans consisting of interventional and physical therapies, pharmacologic management and patient education
* Performing minor, office-based injections
* Multi-specialty collaboration
* Experience in pain management, advanced spine, or joints preferred
