**NP/PA Post Acute Care opening in Washington**
Located in Shelton, WA - Olympia 22m
* Full-time
* "Primary care rounding at 1 skilled nursing facility
* Daily schedule can be set by provider
* Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $93,000/annually and $114,000/annually.
* Benefit eligible including medical/dental/vision/disability/401K w/match/paid time off
* Malpractice/tail paid
* Autonomous work environment
* Skilled and long-term patients
* Call: week-day telephone call only 7a-7p.
* Target start date 7/1/24
* 4 days per week (M-F flexible which 4 days)
* Board Certification
**Requirements**
* New grads welcome to apply
* Primary care experience a plus; post acute care experience a plus, but not required
* Active and unrestricted Washington NP/PA license required
* Active and unrestricted Washington DEA required
