Endocrinologist needed in New Mexico
Located in: Roswell NM & Carlsbad NM
Full time, permanent
Duties:
Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive medical treatment for patients with
hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and other
endocrine disorders. Counsel patients on endocrinology disorders and their background. Order
tests and interpret the results of imaging studies. Prescribe and/or administer treatment and
medication. Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication. Order
supportive care services for patients. Liaise with medical professionals in the community and
hospitals. Keep up-to-date with endocrinology developments, treatment, and medication.
Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with specialty and/or position.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree, Internal Medicine Residency and
Endocrinology Fellowship, & New Mexico license to practice medicine
The practice:
Twelve providers with 90 support staff, four modern/new clinics in Roswell, Carlsbad, and Hobbs.
Ancillary services include lab and radiology. Compensation above national average plus bonus structure,
complete benefits package.

Located in SE New Mexico. Moderate 4 season climate with exceptional outdoor recreational opportunities.
Exceptional schools, private and public, a state university, and culturally diverse.
