**Extremely competitive $400K salary, $150K signing/start date incentive plus relocation and full benefit

Structure of position:
Join a full-time board-certified neurologist and nurse practitioner
Clinic based, 100% outpatient only
Monday-Friday schedule; after hours call to support the clinic patients only
All inpatient support is provided by Neuro-hospitalist & Medical Hospitalist group
Opportunity for specialty practice growth including stroke, headache, concussion, neuro-muscular disorders, etc.
