* Sub-specialty fellowship training welcomed, especially in spine or trauma
* Well established practice with other providers and mid-level assistance
* Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center, Certified Primary Stroke Center and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
* Teaching opportunities for medical students and PC residents
