* Located in ***Richmond, IN*** - just 30 minutes from Dayton and 1 hour from Indianapolis and Cincinnati

* Full-time, Permanent position
* Join a team of general orthopedic surgeons and two orthopedic spine surgeons
* Strong built in referral base-72 Primary Care Providers
* Joint Surgery Center Ownership Potential
* Service Line Model including: Spine, Pain, Podiatry-All under one roof
* Dedicated Joint Program
* Mako Robotic System
* Wound Center
* In-house digital radiology, PACS, MRI, and comprehensive Rehabilitation Services
* Level 3 Trauma
* Epic EMR
* 24/7 Hospitalist Service-217 bed facility
* 160+ Employed Multi- Specialty
* Primary Service Area-250,000
* Favorable Indiana Malpractice Environment
* Call-1:6
* Base Salary - guaranteed first two years, third year switch to 100% Productivity plus Value based Incentives.
* Signing Bonus
* 36 patient contact hours per week in an office, surgery center and hospital setting.
