**Pain Management Opening in Illinois**
-Located in Effingham, IL.
Procedures done in ambulatory surgery center in town. Pain injections and implants, no pain med management.
**Highlights include:**
-$650,000 + bonus based on RVU production
-$75,000 sign-on bonus
-$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
-Quality bonus up to $50,000 annually (eligible upon earning base salary)
-33 days of time off
-5 days + $6,000 CME annually
