**Pediatric Opening in Neenah, WI**
Appleton 7m; Green Bay 40m
* Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join team that consists of 21 primary care physicians and 7 APCs. Support staff include MA, RN, and staffing support.
* Outpatient
* Full Time 1.0 FTE 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week)
* 100% of the time will be spent within the clinic (no hospital or rounding responsibilities with his role)
* On-Call is shared among the call group
* Currently split between 21 providers across 4 sites in our call group. This equates to an on-call shift about 2x/month.
* Clinic Hours - 7a-6p Monday-Thursday and 7a-5p Friday
* Average of 18-22 patients/ day once well established. Currently, all of our physicians in peds run on a 15/30 min template
* Patient Panel: 1,500-2,500
* 20-bed Pediatric Unit and 22-bed NICU
* Physicians enjoy a collegial atmosphere, supportive of both primary care and specialists.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. After the 2-year guarantee, the physician goes onto the compensation plan which is based on RVU's, as well as other quality components.

* Vacation: Time Off 35 days, including vacation, CME, and holidays
