Pediatrician - Full-Time, Permanent Role - Altus, OK

Join our dedicated team as a full-time Pediatrician in Altus, OK. This position offers a work-life balance with a 4 1/2 day work week and a 1:3 call schedule.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 1/2 days for patient care plus charting time
Call Coverage: 1:3
Patient Panel: 18-25 per day, with the potential for up to 30 on busier days
Requirements:
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Compensation:
Base Salary with quarterly incentives based on wRVUs, starting at MGMA Median ($200,000)
Commencement Bonus of $25,000
