**Psychiatry opening in Ohio**
* Located in ***Findlay, OH*** - just 45 miles to Toledo, OH
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Hybrid Telemed
Well-established practice located in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in our 8-county community.
* Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
* Option for 75% telehealth (EX: 8-hr days/2 days in office, 10-hr days/1 day in office)
* Joining 3 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners
* One psychologist, 7 counselors, full support staff and leadership support
* Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus, remote work and preferred hours
* Primarily outpatient (95%) with inpatient call (5%)
* 1:6 inpatient phone call during weekdays, 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends
* 9-bed inpatient unit, ages 18 and older
* Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
* Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
* Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer
* Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
* Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
* Time with patients who respect your care
* Local administration with all decision-making in Hospital in Findlay
