Position Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Massachusetts (Two locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time Locum Tenens, 1099 Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced, Massachusetts-licensed, board-certified CRNAs to join our dynamic anesthesia team. This position offers a balanced work schedule with 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia care for Bread & Butter (B&B) cases.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Cover shifts at two different locations with flexibility.
Schedule Options:
- Preferred: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.
- Alternative: Three 10-hour shifts.
- Consecutive shifts: Monday – Thursday.
- Non-consecutive shifts: Monday – Tuesday and Thursday – Friday.
- Availability to work surrounding holidays (excluding the holiday itself) is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Active CRNA certification and licensure in Massachusetts.
- Board certified in anesthesia.
- Strong clinical skills in B&B cases.
- Flexibility to cover shifts at two locations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to start within approximately 6-8 weeks to allow for credentialing.
