Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a palliative care or hospice role
- Post-acute care experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements
- Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner license in the state of Washington
- Active and unrestricted DEA for the state of Washington
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $138,000 to $163,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
