Family Practice Without OB
- Contract Length: ASAP - 1 year
- Est. days per month needing covered: M - F/weekly
- Minimum number of shifts preferred/month (2 weeks/month etc): Full Time preferred
- Minimum length of commitment required: 6 months

- Multiple part time locums accepted to fill schedule? Yes, no more than 2. Full time is preferred
- Shift Details (start/end times etc): 7:30a - 5:30p
- Total # FTE’s needed: 1.0
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Duties: In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc.
- Required Procedures: none
- Patients per day/volume:18 - 20
- Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: No
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: MA/LPN
- Certifications Required: BC/BE, Active WA License or IMLC, DEA, BLS,
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3 Months
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
