With a population of approximately 13,000, Moberly is located in the heart of north central Missouri nearly midway between Kansas City and St. Louis. Moberly Area Community College is a two-year liberal arts college and conducts programs in a variety of vocational and technical areas, as well. The University of Missouri is located just 36 miles south in Columbia, as well as several private four-year institutions.
