Physician Medical Director in Phoenix, AZ

We are looking for an internal medicine (IM) physician in a busy inpatient rehab practice who is dedicated to helping patients through their rehabilitation journey get back to living their best life. As an IM physician and medical director, you will lead and work collaboratively with advanced practice clinician (APC), social workers, physical, occupational, and speech therapists setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function. This leadership opportunity reaps rewards beyond measure. 

To thrive in this position, we ask that you be board certified in internal medicine, have a rehabilitation medicine background in IRF or SNF setting, and a desire to lead in a medical director role.
