**Cardiothoracic Surgery Opening in Alabama**
* Located in Montgomery, AL - Birmingham 80m
* Seeking Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
* Monday - Friday plus call
* 4-5 Open Heart Cases per week
* Approximately 14,000 wRVUs per year
* 6 Bed Cardiothoracic ICU
* CV Step-down Unit
* 3 Cath labs, Open Heart Suite
* Join 6 Cardiologists, administrative support staff, operations manager, and administrator
* EMR: Clinic - Athena, Hospital - Altera Paragon (integrated system between clinic and hospital including imaging)
* Board certified/eligible
* Visa eligible
**Compensation Package Overview**
* Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
* Quarterly production bonus wRVU
* Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc.
* Generous sign-on
* Relocation package
* Twenty days Earned Time Off
* Five days for Continuing Medical Education
* $5,000.00 for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications)

344-bed tertiary hospital providing a wide continuum of inpatient services with a fully developed ambulatory service line on campus. Alabamas central region campus for Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM). ACOM offers physicians paid preceptor opportunities.
