- Physician partnership model with practice site autonomy
- $450k - $750k salary, loan repayment, and up to 150K sign-on bonus
- Need is for 2 general anesthesiologists
- Level 2 trauma, level 3 NICU, and 12 ORs
- 20 full-time anesthesiologists currently at this facility
- Orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, neurosurgery, trauma, and L&D
- 8 weeks of vacation
