- Mix of days and nights, 12-hour shifts
- Block schedule of 7 on and 7 off
- Join 4 other pediatric hospitalists
- Will teach family practice and ER residents
- Well baby nursery, 12 inpatient pediatric beds, and ER consults
- Hospital has 4 neonatologists that cover the NICU and high-risk C-sections/deliveries
- Live just 40 minutes from Sacramento and 90 minutes from San Francisco
