Qualifications: 

• Experience working with diverse populations, including active older adults with developmental disabilities and those in need of behavioral therapy
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
• Completion of state clinical counseling hours and able to provide counseling services without supervision
• Licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Kansas and/or Missouri

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $62,000 to $74,500 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
