- Hospitalists work a 7-on/7-off block schedule
- Medical director does 7 - 10 hospitalist shifts and admin hours to average 15 shifts per month
- No procedures; intensivists cover the ICU 24/7
- Should have 2+ years of director (or similar leadership) experience
- Will consider board-certified IM or FM physicians with a pending or active California license
- Total compensation of more than $350k with a full benefits package
- Community is 45 minutes from Sacramento and 90 minutes from popular East Bay communities
