Job Description

$10k - $25k for a sign-on bonus (depending on salary)
Yearly retention bonus; relocation assistance available
Monday through Friday work schedule; light call of 1:3
Must be board certified or board eligible
H-1B and J-1 visas are welcome to apply (cap exempt)
3-year internal medicine residency; 3-year gastroenterology fellowship
Option for advanced procedures
1 hour from Indianapolis and Fort Wayne
