A large, physician-owned multi-specialty hospital and clinic is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team. The clinic emphasizes a physician partnership model focused on high-quality care, offering longer visit times and a manageable patient census. The new physician will inherit an existing patient panel of approximately 1,800 patients due to a retiring provider. The first-year salary is guaranteed, supplemented by a wRVU bonus model, with potential ownership opportunities in both the hospital and clinic.
