- Join a well-established midsized hospitalist group
- Great mix of seasoned and newly trained clinicians
- 7x7, hybrid position of days/nights.  
- Strong base salary with bonus potential 
- Average of 18 patients/day, 5-10 admits per night
- Closed ICU during the day, ICU coverage required overnight 
- No procedures during the day, procedures required overnight
