Each physician's assigned MA reviews paperwork and completes per-chart documentation, allowing the physician to focus on patient care.. MA will also call messages back. Messages will range from test results to call insurance and prior authorizations. Each physician is supported by 1-2 MAs, plus 2 triage MAs, and 1 MA who works in the lab and handles both walk-in patient visits and scheduled appointments. Chronic care management program available.
