**NP/PA Post Acute Care Openings in Spokane, WA**
Seeking an NP/PA do primary care rounding in skilled nursing facilities in the Spokane, Washington, area.
* Full-time
* Flexible schedule options for work/life balance
* Monday - Friday
* One week on/one week off
* 4-5 day work week
* Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $90,000 to $161,000 annually.
* Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, long and short-term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, Flex Time bank, and employee assistance program.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients
* Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
* Order and interpret lab results
* Prescribe and monitor medications
* Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners
* Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions
* Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
* Promote healthy lifestyle changes
**Requirements:**
* New grads are encouraged to apply
* Experience as a nurse practitioner in a primary care setting a plus but not required
* Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
* Active and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license required or application in progress
* Active and unrestricted Washington DEA required or application in progress
