**NP/PA Post Acute Care opening in Arizona** Located in Show Low, AZ - Sedona 165m, Phoenix 178m Seeking a part-time NP/PA to round at skilled nursing facility. * Part time: 1-3 day/week rounding schedule * Employed * 10-15 PPD * No primary night call * Unmatched flexibility * Comp: $55k * Relocation incentives available * Uncapped bi-weekly bonus * Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage * 40-day onboarding program with MIPS training and support * Well-developed infrastructure with extensive back-office support * EMR training and support * Growth opportunities into local and national leadership positions * Board Certified CNP, FNP, APRN, or PA
