**Child Psychiatry Opening in Bangor, ME**
Seeking a BC/BE Child Psychiatrist to join our Pediatric Inpatient team in Bangor, Maine.
* Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
* Join the largest treatment facility for inpatient child psychiatry in the state and work in our new, state of the art, 50 private bed hospital that recently opened in fall 2023.
* Lead an interdisciplinary team responsible for providing psychiatric care and teaching
* Option to participate in teaching/lecturing opportunities with our new Adult Psychiatry Residency Program
* Become eligible for a clinical faculty position at the University of New England School of Osteopathic Medicine
* Possess solid clinical, teaching, and leadership skills
* Oversee the diagnostic process and the formulation and implementation of treatment plans; ensure therapies and activities provided are consistent with treatment plan objectives
* In conjunction with the interdisciplinary pediatric psychiatry team, perform diagnostic evaluations, initiate treatment interventions, provide follow-up evaluations, and lead interdisciplinary team meetings
