**Locums CRNA Opportunity in New Lenox, IL** **Coverage** - Start: As soon as credentialed - End: Ongoing, 13-week assignments - Schedule: - Weekdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM - Weekends: Available **Position Details** - Setting: Procedural Care Units - EMR System: Cerner - Trauma Level: II - ORs: 10 - Average Cases Per Day: 4-5 when working a 12-hour shift - Case Types: Primarily Ortho and Neuro; one provider with outpatient endoscopy experience preferred - Supervision: 100% supervised (Physicians handle blocks and lines) - Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, adult, geriatric - No hearts, pediatrics, major vascular, or OB cases **Facility Details** - Trauma Level: II **Requirements** - NBCRNA Certification - Active IL license (or in process of obtaining) - BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications - Experience in Spinal Anesthesia and Neurosurgical Anesthesia - Ability to work Ortho, Neuro, and Endoscopy cases preferred (will consider CRNAs with specific Ortho/Neuro or Endo experience) - COVID and Flu Vaccination **Credentialing** - Timeline: 4-6 weeks - New grads will be considered
