Located in Peru, IN - Fort Wayne 59m, Indianapolis 80m
* Independent Contractor
* Full-time or Part-time
* 12-bed ED
* Serves approximately 10,700 patients annually
* Moderate level acuity
* 10% admission rate
* 24 hours of physician coverage
* Board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine (EM), internal medicine (IM), or family medicine (FM) with ED experience
* Current certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
* Opportunity to work in a community-focused hospital
