Located in La Porte, IN - Valparaiso 23m; Chicago, IL 68m
Seeking Emergency Medicine physician.
* Independent Contractor
* Full-time or Part-time
* 18-bed facility
* Serves approximately 19,700 patients annually
* Moderate level acuity
* 24 hours of physician coverage
* 12 hours of APC coverage
* Opportunity to work in a community-focused hospital
* Supportive and collaborative team environment

* Professional liability insurance with tail coverage
**Requirements**
* Board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine or family/internal medicine with ED experience
* Current certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
