Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens opportunity at their outpatient clinic located in central California.
Key Details:
- 100% Outpatient: Focus solely on patient care without hospital duties
- Work Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours, no call and no weekends
- Patient Load: 15-18 patients per day
- Patient Demographics: All ages, from newborns to geriatrics
- Types of Cases: Primary care, pediatrics, chronic care, and minor procedures (e.g., suturing)
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Valid California medical license
- DEA certification
- Ability to earn CHDP certification (Child Health and Disability Prevention)
- DOT certification is preferred but not required
Additional Information:
- Both scheduled and walk-in patients will be seen
- May be required to work at outlying locations as the sole provider, rotating with other physicians
