- Full-time, permanent position

About the position:
- Prepares, provides and implements directed patient treatment plans in the Dental Department.
- Responsible for the following Camarena Health Dental protocols and observance of health and safety regulations.
- Participates in the supervision of support staff while performing dental services.
- May provide input regarding the selection of dental staffing.
- Responsible for initiating and reviewing patient referrals.
- Assists the Chief Dental Officer or Chief Operations Officer in the planning and implementation of new dental programs.
- Will provide phone triage on rotational basis approximately once every 3-5 months on weekends or during evening hours.

Our Dentists provide Dental care to patients by providing personalized, comprehensive, out-patient primary Dental Care. The Dentist delivers an excellent experience to the patients appropriate for a community health center with multicultural, multilingual patient population.
Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in the Central California area. Our integrated care model provides patients with both Behavioral Health and primary care services that include Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Optometry and Dentistry. In addition, we also provide discounted pharmacy services for uninsured patients. Each patient has a health care team working together to provide seamless, coordinated care with the patients overall wellness in mind.
